sports products in Central Texas, the Sail & Ski Center on Research Blvd also has a full-service repair shop.  If your ski or snowboard equipment has been locked away in storage since last season, now's the time to dust it off and get it back into shape.

Ski and snowboard manufacturers recommend that you at least coat the bottoms of your equipment with wax regularly for protection.  For more involved tasks, such as a major tune, we can get your gear back into sliding shape.

We perform full-service tune-ups on skis and snowboards to ensure that your gear is in top riding condition.  We also do binding mounting and testing to make sure your ski and snowboard bindings are functioning properly.

A week of skiing will significantly reduce your equipment's performance by dulling the edges of your skis or snowboard.  This wear and tear on your equipment reduces the product's ability to edge, turn and glide.  Sail & Ski has state of the art tuning equipment from Wintersteiger to sharpen your edges and flatten the bases.  Our expert staff will fill any gouges, then will apply a quality hot wax to protect the bases and improve gliding.
